Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales in King of Prussia, PA to engage with existing customers and grow sales. You will obtain and up-sell orders, and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals.

The position includes commission in addition to base salary and a comprehensive benefits package. You will handle quotations, manage orders, and identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Bachelors’ degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and sales administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtain orders via email and calls and enter items.
• Increase orders by suggesting related items and leveraging purchase history.
• Qualify and develop opportunities from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identify ways to improve processes.
• Prepare quotations to secure orders.
• Review open order reports and action items at risk of delays.
• Maintain backorder and expediting reports and notices.
• Report pricing trends and customer feedback to management.
