Quest Events is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who blends speed and accuracy with a genuine commitment to customer service. The role focuses on quoting, inbound inquiries, and building lasting client relationships to ensure clear, reliable service.

You will manage customer conversations, identify needs, and guide buyers toward the right solutions while maintaining accuracy, following a clear process, and collaborating with teammates to meet bookings and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event industry or hospitality sales or related field
• Quoting and customer follow-up experience
• Proficient with MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships: respond to inquiries, understand requirements, and manage quotes
• Manage follow-up: timely outreach, track conversations, move opportunities through sales process
• Maintain accuracy: prepare accurate quotes and update records
• Support the team: ensure timely confirmations to maximize lead time and inform stakeholders
• Meet goals: work toward activity, pipeline, sales, and retention targets
