Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in sales/marketing or on-the-job experience.
• 2+ years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ethical standards.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders, including backorders and vendor PO's.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
