You will play a crucial role in growing market share by understanding client needs, providing product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, with coursework in sales/marketing or equivalent on-the-job experience as determined by Echo Electric.
• At least two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bills, and expedites orders, backorders, and vendor purchase orders, including stock transfers when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
