Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Sioux City, IA. You will nurture existing client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and help grow our market share in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales or distribution experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders, pricing, and quotes by phone or email.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with coursework in sales/marketing or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• At least two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to perform basic math and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders, including stock transfers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve objectives.
• Work with logistics to coordinate order processing and fulfillment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
