Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Eastlake, OH to nurture existing client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. You will understand client needs, provide product information, pricing, and quotes, and help manage orders by phone and email.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of sales or distribution experience, with strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, with sales/marketing coursework or on the job experience as determined by Echo Electric.
• At least two (2) years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.
• Commitment to high ethical standards, strong customer service orientation, and solid math, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders and backorders, including stock transfers when needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
