Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Spencer, IA. You will nurture existing client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and drive growth in our electrical product solutions.

Monday–Friday work hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in sales or electrical distribution, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders including stock transfers when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and implement strategies.
