Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to nurture existing client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will learn product knowledge through training and collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to drive orders and achieve targets.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K match, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product knowledge.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; coursework in sales/marketing a plus.
• Strong ethics, customer-service mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable electrical products or solutions.
• Provide timely product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders and backorders; coordinate stock transfers as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and develop sales strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
