Echo Electric is seeking an motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Spencer, IA. You will nurture existing client relationships, provide outstanding customer service, and help grow our market share by understanding needs and delivering timely quotes and product information.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales or electrical distribution, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with sales/marketing coursework or equivalent on the job.
• At least two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Strong ethics, customer service orientation, and multi-tasking ability.
• Basic math skills and comfortable with data entry and clerical tasks.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedit e orders and vendor purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure seamless order processing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
