Echo Electric is a leading distributor of electrical products and solutions, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers and drive growth in Beatrice, Nebraska. You will deliver exceptional service, answer product questions, and process quotes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a couple of years of sales or distribution experience, strong communication, and an eye for detail, with teamwork to meet sales targets and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with sales/marketing coursework or on-the-job sales experience.
• At least two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product knowledge.
• Strong ethics, customer-service orientation, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expeditie orders, including stock transfers when needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit targets and coordinate with logistics.
