Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to nurture existing client relationships and provide outstanding customer service. This role supports sales targets and requires strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales or distribution experience, a high school diploma, and a proven customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions/calculations.
• Proven time management and organizational skills with ability to plan and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and requirements to recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedit e orders, backorders, and vendor purchase orders, including stock transfers when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
