Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Sioux Center, IA. You will nurture existing client relationships and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.

The ideal candidate has two years of sales or distribution experience, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset. You will quote, process orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment and growth.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and order updates by phone and email.
• Enter, track, and expedite orders and backorders; coordinate with logistics.
