You will manage pricing discussions, quotes, and order coordination, while collaborating with outside sales and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction. We value entrepreneurial and assertive individuals with experience in digital sales tools and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate service needs within the branch.
• Serve as customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.
• Support sales performance in gross margin, market share and profitability across product lines.
• Prepare and present customer quotations and analyze results.
• Follow up after sending quotes to secure orders and customer satisfaction.
