Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Sioux Center, IA. You will nurture existing client relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive growth by understanding client needs and offering the right solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales or electrical distribution, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; coursework in sales/marketing or on-the-job experience preferred.
• At least two years of sales, electrical, or distribution experience.
• Commitment to high ethical standards in professional behavior.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proven attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to sit/stand as needed and use a computer.
• Clear verbal communication to convey information to clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, and expedite orders, backorders, and purchase orders; manage stock transfers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and implement strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure seamless order processing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge and apply it to the market.
