Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow market share by nurturing existing client relationships and delivering outstanding service. The role emphasizes understanding client needs, timely pricing and quotes, and close collaboration with logistics and the sales team.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of sales or distribution experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and solid math skills, with availability Monday–Friday during standard

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of sales, electrical or distribution experience and/or product and application knowledge.
• Commitment to high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions/calculations.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email in a timely, accurate manner.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders including stock transfers when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
