Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative in Lincoln, NE. You will nurture client relationships, provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email, and help manage orders from entry to fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales or distribution experience, strong communication and time management skills, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with problem analysis and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to clients by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bills, and expedites direct and stock orders, backorders, and vendor POs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and coordinate with logistics for order processing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
