Echo Electric, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to nurture existing client relationships and deliver outstanding service. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, and coordinate orders, working closely with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in sales or electrical distribution, strong communication skills, and a client-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with sales/marketing coursework or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• At least two years of sales, electrical or distribution experience.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and professional behavior.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to sit/stand as needed and use a keyboard for data entry.
• Strong spoken communication for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs to recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide product information, pricing, and quotes by phone and email.
• Enter, track, bill, and expedite orders including stock transfers when needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to reach targets.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Stay updated on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
