• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support; generate quotes and proposals.
• Enter orders, pricing and customer data into systems; respond to inquiries across channels.
• Assist walk-in customers and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill needs.
• Drive profitable sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain showroom and inventory; coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and logistics.
