Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales professional to provide exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, pricing, and order processing.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely orders. Responsibilities include handling quotations, processing orders, and building relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in sales or retail environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Process quotations, orders, returns, and pricing inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehousing, purchasing, and delivery teams to fulfill orders.
