Job summary

QXO is expanding its Inside Sales team and seeks an energetic professional to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development.

You will be the primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to requests for quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and pricing.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales and ensure accurate, timely order processing.
