Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, and order management.

You will be the primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accurate orders and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic software.
• Experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
