Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and relationship building with contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries coordinated, and customers receive an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
