QXO, a leading building products distributor and installer, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth. You will assist with product selection, pricing, order processing, and project support for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.

In this role you will collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, while

Formación

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Construction/building materials knowledge a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team, and management.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
