QXO, a leading building products distributor and installer in El Cajon, California, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding service while driving sales growth through product knowledge, quotes, orders, and relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners and commercial customers.

You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely support, while adhering to pricing policies and

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
