QXO, a leading distributor and installer in North America, seeks a customer service and sales-minded professional to handle quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries. The role supports the Outside Sales team and coordinates with operations to ensure accurate delivery and pricing adherence.

The ideal candidate brings front-line customer service experience, familiarity with construction materials, and strong communication skills, with Spanish bilingual ability as a plus.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
