QXO is seeking a front-line customer service representative to process price quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, while supporting the Outside Sales team and coordinating deliveries. You will learn product information and adhere to pricing guidelines. Bilingual Spanish a plus, construction materials experience a plus, and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Construction/building materials experience a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors and management.
• Ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
