Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, serving a large market across North America. This role focuses on handling price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating with operations and the Outside Sales team to ensure timely delivery and accurate information.

Ideal candidates have frontline customer service and sales experience, with knowledge of construction or building materials.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
