Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and the role supports the Outside Sales team with product information and follow-up. You will learn an extensive product catalog and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow up with customers, vendors, teams, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.
