Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers and teams.
• Willingness to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product info, availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
