Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an energetic sales-support professional to identify potential customers, conduct market research, and drive outbound outreach in the Cleveland area. You will work with Sales Leadership to develop local market plans, track activities in CRM, and help convert leads into opportunities.

The role requires a mix of independent work and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on data-driven prospecting, multi-tasking, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or 2–4 years sales experience in lieu.
• Interest in market analysis and understanding industry trends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating under Sales Leadership.
• Willingness to learn business development strategies.
• MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Comfort with prospecting and outreach to engage new customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset across teams.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Verify project details and identify potential customers.
• Reach potential clients via cold calls and emails.
• Help develop a market plan for local customers and update monthly metrics.
• Support lead-to-opportunity creation for local customers.
• Research market trends, projects, and emerging markets.
• Use CRM platforms to track interactions and manage pipelines.
• Filter and distribute leads to Branch Managers and Sales Reps.
• Conduct research using available databases.
• Leverage problem-solving to meet client needs with tailored solutions.
