You will report to the Company President, manage CRM entries, prepare reports, and help schedule training events. A background in business or technical settings with CRM and MS Office is valued; inside-sales or project coordination

Qualifications

• Ability to understand technical needs and coordinate timely responses.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the inside-sales team handling domestic and international inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate territory issues between multiple sales channels and partners.
• Track partner performance and prepare sales reports, including reviews.
• Ensure issues are documented in CRM and communicated to internal resources.
• Schedule and help coordinate training events.
