Job summary

Sterling Computers Corporation seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager to support senior account managers in the sales cycle, handling quotations and customer communications by phone and email. You will prepare quotations, manage orders, and help resolve issues while learning ongoing IT solutions.

A college degree is required and CRM experience is preferred. Expect a fast-paced sales environment, collaboration with distributors and partners, and close coordination with purchasing to meet delivery

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests for quotations and information via email and phone and coordinate with senior account managers.
• Self-starter with general knowledge of IT solutions and willingness to learn as new solutions are developed.
• Coordinate with distributors, manufacturers, partners, and resellers to collect pricing and product information for quotations under the direction of account managers.
• Accurately prepare and distribute sales quotations in Salesforce under the direction of account managers.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity in Salesforce in support of account managers.
• Coordinate with Sterling’s purchasing department to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Assist to resolve customer delivery issues and product returns.
• Assist account managers with other account and customer service activities.
