IDEX Corporation in Boulder, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the site's Inside Sales team and own the customer order lifecycle from inquiry to delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in inside sales, customer service, order management or related function.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage the performance of the Inside Sales team.
• Establish clear expectations, priorities, and accountability for customer responsiveness, accuracy, and execution.
• Develop systems that allow team to track and measure customer excellence.
• Maintain a less than 3 business day turn around loop for acknowledging new orders.
• Develop team capability through coaching, cross-training, succession planning, and performance development.
• Oversee daily Inside Sales activities, including customer inquiries, quotations, order entry, order management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer quotations, orders, pricing, specifications, and related documentation.
• Serve as the primary site liaison for commercial execution, coordinating cross-functional activities to support customer commitments and operational priorities.
