Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the BAND-IT unit for the Denver, CO area. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and promoting a culture of satisfaction across channels.

Responsibilities include entering orders in JDE, coordinating shipping, tracking issues in CRM Dynamics, and maintaining accurate records while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer contact (email, phone).
• Ensure customer pricing is accurate prior to confirming an order with the customer.
• Input customer orders into ERP system (JDE).
• Assist in coordinating shipping logistics.
• Keep customers informed with delivery dates and updates.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Provide an efficient and personalized customer experience.
• Track customer complaints in CRM Dynamics.
• Research customer complaints and create adjustments when required.
• Process customer returns.
