Job summary

IDEX is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the site Inside Sales team and coordinate customer support, quotations, and order lifecycle activities. You will partner with the Commercial team and site leaders to drive execution, improve workflow, and elevate customer experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to meet commitments and support growth across manufacturing and global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, commercial operations, or related function.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage the performance of the Inside Sales team.
• Establish expectations, priorities, and accountability for customer responsiveness, accuracy, and execution.
• Oversee daily Inside Sales activities: inquiries, quotations, order entry, order management, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Commercial team to support forecasting, account needs, and site-level execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve workflow and data integrity.
