The Inside Sales Manager leads the site's Inside Sales team and oversees customer support, quotations, quote-to cash management, forecasting support, and coordination throughout the customer order lifecycle. This role partners closely with the Commercial team and cross-functional site leaders to ensure customer commitments are executed efficiently while improving workflow, communication, and operational performance. The Inside Sales Manager develops the team, drives operational excellence, removes process bottlenecks, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance and the customer experience. The position owns customer execution while enabling Commercial Account Managers to focus on strategic revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, commercial operations, or a related function.
Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing employees required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Experience supporting technical or engineered products preferred.
Experience using ERP and CRM systems required; JD Edwards experience preferred.
Experience supporting domestic and international customers preferred.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to make sound decisions while balancing customer needs with business priorities.
