Job summary

IDEX is hiring a Customer Solution Specialist for Fluid Management to strengthen relationships with key customer accounts and internal teams. You will own order processing from inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely handling, and clear communication across departments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Account Executives, processing POs, validating requirements, and supporting order-to-cash processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience required.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage customer inquiries to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Service Partners, and distributors across North and Latin America.
• Review customer requirements, supporting documents, pricing approvals, and order details prior to processing.
• Support Order-to-Cash activities including exports, credits/rebills, RMAs, and related transactions.
• Proactively communicate order status and issues with internal and external stakeholders.
