Clearwave Fiber is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales, to drive revenue growth and customer retention. You will lead a high-performing inside sales team across inbound, outbound, chat, and email, coaching agents, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to processes.

The ideal candidate has a business-focused degree and 2+ years in a leadership sales role, with strong communication skills and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in inside sales/call center environments.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance-manage a team to achieve goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Experience analyzing sales data, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define environment, coach, and develop agents per team processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, orders, conversion, and retention to adjust strategies.
• Evaluate interactions for quality and compliance with standards.
• Address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO for staffing.
• Forecast staffing needs with management.
