Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team across inbound, outbound, chat and email channels. You will drive revenue growth, retention, and customer experiences while coaching associates and monitoring KPIs.

You will partner with management to forecast staffing, schedule coverage, and ensure adherence to sales and retention processes. A results-driven leader with strong communication and coaching skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in inside sales, call center, or related sales environment.
• Ability to coach and performance-manage a team to meet sales and customer experience goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Define the environment, coach, and develop agents in accordance to team processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve sales, revenue, retention, and CX goals.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across inbound, chat, and email.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO to maintain staffing and efficiency.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
