Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a motivated Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team across inbound, outbound, chat, and email channels. You will coach, monitor, and develop agents to achieve revenue, retention, and customer experience goals in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has two years of leadership experience in sales-related settings, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM and analytics tools. Travel between office locations is expected per business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Minimum two years leading inside sales or call center teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Define environment, coach, and develop agents per team processes.
• Lead and develop inside sales to meet revenue and retention targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to sales/retention processes across channels.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage attendance and PTO.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
