Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales located in the United States. You will lead an inside sales team across inbound, outbound, chat, and email, driving revenue growth and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to improve retention and performance. A Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of leadership in sales is required, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in inside sales, call center, or related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance-manage a team to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, and call center operations.
• Experience analyzing sales performance data, KPIs and operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with cross-department collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accountability, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the environment, coach, and develop agents according to team processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve or exceed goals.
• Take ownership of team performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across inbound, chat, and email.
• Monitor activity, orders, conversion, and retention to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Bring intensity to daily operations by addressing performance gaps and removing obstacles.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO to maintain staffing levels.
• Forecast staffing needs in collaboration with management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
