Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive shipment and revenue growth within an assigned territory, primarily serving customers via phone and email rather than face-to-face visits. You will support local Account Managers at Service Centers and identify opportunities for internal solutions that boost customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Requires a High School Diploma with customer service and sales experience.
• Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree for this role.
• Experience in phone and email account communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow shipment and revenue in an assigned territory.
• Support local Account Managers at Service Centers.
• Initiate calls to existing and prospective accounts and negotiate pricing.
• Utilize BI tools to identify opportunities and improve market share.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service commitments are met.
