Cellgate is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our Fence & gate team. This role emphasizes lead generation, outbound outreach, and customer relations to fuel growth in access control tech.

You will qualify leads, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Business Development Managers, and help prepare presentations. A proactive, results-driven mindset and Salesforce familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Independent, multitask-capable with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in security/tech sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers for meetings and demos.
• Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for lead conversion and outreach.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
