Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply seeks an Account Development Associate at our local branch to drive profitable sales growth by building relationships with assigned customers. This hybrid role blends inside and occasional outside sales calls to expand our base of value-driven accounts.

You will leverage strong communication and product knowledge to meet branch goals, manage quotes, and ensure excellent customer service while traveling to key accounts when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.

• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to grow sales.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, and electronically.

• Provide accurate quotes and communicate pricing and availability.
• Support Outside Sales colleagues and share market insights.
• Develop business relationships through face-to-face calls and travel as needed.
