Job summary

CellGate Access Control Systems is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our Business Development team and customers.

This role handles inquiries, supports BDMs, maintains Salesforce records, and helps prepare quotes and proposals. You will build relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and communicating with customers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide day-to-day sales support to Business Development Managers and customers.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, quotes, order inquiries, and general sales-related questions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, activities, and records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in preparing sales quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with the appropriate sales representative when additional assistance is required.
• Meet or exceed established performance goals and KPIs related to responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, communication, and the overall customer experience.
