Job summary

Fence Specialties, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in California to turn customer needs into sales.

You will assist customers, prepare quotes and invoices, and identify upsell opportunities while building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable with order-entry systems, and motivated by meeting sales targets and growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and answer incoming calls, recommending fencing materials, hardware, and accessories.
• Prepare accurate quotes, sales orders, and invoices while communicating pricing, availability, and delivery details.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales.
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to convert opportunities into orders.
• Develop new business through referrals, customer relationships, and proactive outreach.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, installers, and residential customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Compensation: $24 - $27 hourly rate + commission structure. OTE = $65K - $75K.
