Cellgate is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support Specialist to back our Fence & gate team. This role emphasizes lead generation, outbound outreach, and customer relations to fuel growth in access control tech.

You will qualify leads, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Business Development Managers, and help prepare presentations. A proactive, results-driven mindset and Salesforce familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to schedule meetings and demos.
• Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers.
