Job summary

Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. The ISA serves customers in person, over the phone, email and text, leveraging sales, service and administrative skills to create value for both customers and the company.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, processing orders, assisting outside sales, and maintaining high levels of customer service while following SOPs.

• Essential: strong sales, relationship building and team skills.
• Ability to motivate and positively influence people.
• Strong computer skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify products and services to grow business.
• Help grow branch/company sales and profitability as part of the sales team.
• Process quotes and orders using company systems.
• Assist with pick-up or delivery arrangements and payments when applicable.
• Maintain excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
