The starting salary is $45k, with potential to grow to $50k-$60k per year plus commission. You will spend most days on the phone building relationships with carriers and customers, learning the industry through coaching.

Qualifications

• No prior logistics experience required; hands-on training provided.
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Miami (Brickell).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop relationships within the transportation industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation partners.
• Negotiate rates and transportation solutions.
• Coordinate shipments and assist with day-to-day logistics activities.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Resolve transportation-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and documentation.
• Learn the transportation and logistics industry through hands-on training and mentorship.
