Circle Logistics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Orlando to drive new business growth and build long-term customer relationships. You will work with shippers across industries to understand transportation needs, present customized logistics solutions, and grow your own book of business through hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms.
• High School or GED is acceptable; higher education is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and relationship development
• Build and maintain customer relationships by managing day-to-day shipping needs and communication
• Match customer demand with transportation solutions and pricing for freight-related inquiries
• Develop strategies that drive increased sales growth and long-term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and problem resolution
• Organize and manage daily shipments to support Circle Logistics’ “No-Fail Service” commitment
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy, account implementation, and service execution
• Learn market trends and provide customers with innovative logistics solutions
